Armada faced critical hurdles maintaining visibility over diverse food assets (fish, poultry, meats) in distributed US hubs. The company simultaneously required methods to reduce restaurant-level replenishment times and lower software platform overhead.
Our Approach
Architecting a system-wide master data platform leveraging Golden Gate and Denodo
Built browser and mobile dashboard layers using TIBCO Spotfire and R for advanced presentation. Applied a simple Weights & Biases optimization model to resolve constraints, expanding later into Python and Pentaho CE to remove rigid software licenses.
